ISKCON Devotee · Pure Disciple of Lord Krishna
"A humble soul adorned with the sacred Tilaka mark — surrendered at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna, walking the eternal path of Bhakti, and spreading the divine light of the Bhagavad Gītā to all."
About the Devotee
|| Jai Sri Krishna || Jai Gaura Nitai ||
Gaur Jagannatha Das is a 48-year-old pure devotee of Lord Sri Krishna, deeply surrendered to the Vaishnava tradition through the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). His very name honours both Lord Gaura (Sri Chaitanya Mahāprabhu) and the magnificent Lord Jagannatha of Puri.
The sacred Urdhva Pundra Tilaka — the vertical mark of Vishnu's lotus feet on his forehead — marks him as a devoted servant of Lord Nārāyaṇa, reminding him and all who see him of the supreme goal of life.
With the Tulasī mālā gracing his neck and the Mahā-mantra in his heart, Prabhu Ji rises before dawn each day for Maṅgala Ārati, chants his rounds of japa, studies the Bhagavad Gītā As It Is, and shares its timeless wisdom through preaching, kirtan, and compassionate counsel.
